Fellow Dominators!

I have seen that we have been lacking in our duties. I for one apologize for my lack of action.

Perhaps if I am to make this clue open to all members that it would bring more people over to our cause.

If I open this club to all members, would the commanders and their armies go out and bring more over to our cause by spreading the word?

The number of reposnses back to this transmission will determine the ultimate outcome.
